Law Lecture Experience Program

Launched in 2010, the Law Lecture Experience Program brings senior LAWS students to the law school to sit in on a first year law lecture. Students are greeted by the professor before class. After the lecture is over, they meet with a group of participating law students, who explain the lecture’s content, provide insight into their law school experience in terms of workload, finances, social life, challenges, and rewards, as well as their personal paths to law school and their future plans.

The program was piloted with grade 11 students from Harbord Collegiate Institute, experiencing a Tort Law lecture with Dean Mayo Moran of U of T Faculty of Law.
